The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and comfy. Upgraded to a superior room for free, that was a nice surprise. Loved the bar area, music was perfect for chattin. Breakfast was good too, just wish the food was a little better. Definitely coming back!

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Omagh Music Academy. Btw, went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellant service, tentative staff, good location central to most areas for my business trip.
I occasionally enjoy a cigar and the smoking area at the front of the hotel is run down and could do with sprucing up

Consider asking for a room away from the road to ensure a quieter night's sleep during your stay.

We didn't want to leave, this hotel is bright!!!
The venue is clean, with great and handy location short walk to a relaxed restaurant, a sea of grease or oil and the Ulster American Folk Park which is very close by. No reason to complain, we would recommend this hotel to friends.

It was a convenient location for our needs(funeral). The lounge seating was comfortable and the area was quiet.
We could not sleep very well because of the sound of a fan which we think was located in the kitchen. The bathroom grouting needed a good clean.

Live entertainment in the bar, Professional meeting spaces, Complimentary Wi-Fi services
The noise from outside traffic and wedding guests in the hallways is frustrating!!! More soundproofing needed for peaceful nights!!! The gym facilities could use more equipment for a better workout experience!!!

Its a nice hotel and located close to town centre, 2 mins in a taxi. Nice hotel bar and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was great and delivered to our room for free which was really appreciated.
We stayed one night and the only issue is that the gardener for the hotel was cutting the grass at 8am and woke us and kept us awake. We were in a group of 10 and we we were all awoken. The hotel should have known better. Our group of ten are due back in Omagh in Sept but we will probably be taking up B+B due to this.
